Your purchase will be ready to ship in 1-2 business days upon order confirmation. Shipment is from Quebec, Canada.    
All shipping costs will be based on the shipping destination and the weight of your order. Divine Elixir Inc. does not add on any handling fees to the shipping charges.   
We ship to all of Canada for the time being. 

For refunds please send us an email or fill out a Contact Form and let us know the issue and we will do our best to resolve your problem. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If you received a damaged or broken item a photo of the original packaging and contents is required to be considered for refund or exchange.
